Software research & development
Systems you can prove, not merely trust.
Stephica is a software research and development company run by George Lambert. We design AI systems, seal the records they leave behind, and consult on the architecture and security of the networks they run on.

The lab
A research company that ships.
Stephica exists to investigate hard software problems and turn the findings into working systems. The work spans conversational AI, cryptographic recordkeeping, network security, and the unglamorous craft of making software that other people can operate.
George Lambert is cofounder of Verae and chief researcher and architect of the Verae Datacube blockchain timestamping solution. He designed dAILogix, the deliberation instrument used to run sealed multi-agent boardrooms. Those products are the public face of research that begins here.
Programs
Where the work concentrates.
AI systems & dialog
Research into AI solutions and the structure of multi-agent conversation — designed into dAILogix and its Boardroom.
Tracking what AI said
Verae timestamping and Datacubes for an independently verifiable record of AI conversations and dialogs.
Networks under scrutiny
Security research on networks: how systems fail, how records leak, and what architecture makes both harder.
Software that has to work
Architecture, product design, and hands-on software consulting for teams that need a principal engineer, not a slide deck.
Ventures
Research that left the lab.
Stephica’s findings show up as products and public instruments. Each one is independently operated; the research lineage is shared.
- Verae Cofounded. Datacube blockchain timestamping — cryptographic proof that a record is the unaltered original.
- dAILogix Designed. Multi-agent deliberation with a sealed, hash-chained stenographic record.
- Personal GeorgeLambert.org — the public record of three decades at the intersection of software, governance, and sound money.
