Research
Four lines of inquiry.
The programs are distinct. The method is not: define the system, instrument it, put the record where it can be checked.
01 · Artificial intelligence
AI solutions & dialog
Most “ask an AI” products produce a single agreeable voice. Stephica’s research treats conversation as a structured proceeding: independent agents, declared expertise, forced rebuttal, named conditions, and a stenographer who seals the record.
That research is designed into dAILogix and demonstrated in the Boardroom — including the public climate-policy study on GeorgeLambert.org. The same engine has been run against different models with no shared history and produced the same structure of argument and consensus, with only minor variation in the internal debate.
The practical question is not whether a model can talk. It is whether a room of motivated opponents can be convened, heard in full, and left as a record you can re-open tomorrow.
02 · Compliance
Tracking AI conversations
Teams now do real work in ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and whatever comes next. Conventional archives were built for email and chat. They store files. They do not prove that a prompt, a completion, or a later edit is the unaltered original.
Stephica’s compliance research is embodied in Verae: cryptographic timestamping and Datacubes. A record is sealed the instant it is made. The contents stay in the customer’s own storage; Verae seals only a fingerprint. A regulator — or anyone else — can verify the seal without trusting the vendor.
Applied to AI dialogs, that means every conversation can be produced on demand as a timestamped, independently verifiable artifact. That is the difference between a policy that says “we keep records” and a system that can prove it.
03 · Security
Networks, under research
Lambert’s background is distributed systems, cryptography, and network architecture — from FastNet Tools in the Delphi era through airline-facing systems at FlightLookup and Bitcoin software from 2011. Stephica continues that line as security research: how networks actually fail, and what a defensible design looks like before an incident writes the requirements for you.
Engagements range from architecture review to hands-on investigation. The bias is toward systems whose behavior can be reconstructed from sealed evidence, not reconstructed from memory.
04 · Consulting
Software, as a craft
Stephica consults as a principal, not as a bench. Typical work: product and system architecture, early-stage technical leadership, reviews of networks and codebases, and instrumentation so that AI use inside a firm can be sealed rather than hoped about.
If the problem is a motion you want stress-tested before a real room hears it, that is a dAILogix engagement. If the problem is proving that records were not altered, that is Verae. If the problem is the system itself, that is Stephica.
